Jan 23rd
- การเจริญสติปัฏฐาน คือ หนทางเดียว ที่เป็นการพัฒนาตนเองที่แท้จริง วิธีอื่นๆบนโลก ไม่ต่างกับปลาที่ว่ายอยู่ในบ่อ ที่ถูกแหหว่านไว้ จะผุดขึ้น หรือดำลง ก็ถูกจับอยู่ในแหนั้นอยู่ดี การเจริญสติเป็นวิธีเดียวที่จะพัฒนาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน แบบที่ไม่มีอะไรมาทำให้กลับไปเป็นเหมือนเก่าได้
Jan 21st
- Why am I so addicted to computer? it may be because in my childhood, computer seems so hard to be reach, so when I have one of it, I attach and addict to it unconsciously.
- Computer have too many distraction things, not education things.
- What if your life is under the influence and control of someone who is outdated and not sophisticated?
- Don't blame on the other people.
- Just seriously conform to 5 precepts of Buddhism, then your life will be much clearer from chaos or messiness, and you will find the answers by yourself.
- Then, practicing meditation and mindfulness which are the best way to develop and build your life. Especially, the mindfulness will improve your life in the fastest way because 90% of problem come from yourself, if you know more about yourself, most problem in your life will be vanished.
- you indeed can't choose the correct way in life unless you have enough knowledge or experience in it.
- your early choosing is usually not much better than guessing. But use your instinct help a little bit more than only listen to the other people's advice because usually there is no one who know you better than yourself. Your instinct is the composed result of your true feeling and experience that accumulated for a long time.
- Trading is probing the market with good money management.
- it is probing because no one know what it will be and where it will go.
Jan 18th
Still using the same life plan
- Trading: I found that I didn't really hate trading, it is just burned out from trading without enough knowledge. I still need to learn more and more.
- Programming: it is the next target after I have more stable financial status.
- Dentistry: is my last insurance, in case that I made a mistake in trading again.
The 5 precepts of Buddhism is the foundation of mindfulness practice and any meditation
- I found that after I conformed to the 5 precepts of Buddhism, my mindfulness practice improved even my meditation was more loose.
- The order of foundation in Buddhism
- 5 Precept > Mindfulness & Meditation > Wisdom and Enlightenment
- Meditation is not a foundation of Mindfulness. It is the additional that makes the mindfulness much better.
- After I seriously conformed to the 5 precepts, my consciousness came back and my mindfulness improved. My mind also become less messy. Many problems in my life also become clearer and easier to find answer.
My eye muscle problem is still prevailing.
- I found that after changing to the new glasses which didn't have addition function in the lens, I got struggled in reading again. This problem occurred few days unknowingly and resulted in less pages and time that I could read per day.
- Then, yesterday, I tried doing Brock's string again. And now, I can read so much better than few days ago.
Jan 14th
- I think eating too much in alternate day fasting is not good at all in the long term. It cause the body so much messiness with high and prolong blood glucose which cause inert blood and prone to cancer instead of more healthy; although in the short term, its bad effect is not showed and body still capable to manage this critical stage, at some point, the body will fail to manage it and the big trouble will occur.
- Thus, I think the maximum meals that you can have in one day are four with exercise and fasting every after two eating day.
- I should have good and comfortable place(at least physically) to support myself from mental trauma.
Jan 10th
- The more I am older, the less passion and inspiration I have. I have so much less fun to do things. Every thing is just done as the most people do in the similar format eg. coding course, training, etc.
Jan, 4th
- I feel like even though increasing feeding day and doing less fasting and do more exercise(HIIT) make my life more comfortable, I feel like the more I do fasting (with exercise) the sharper and active my thought will be.
- However, separately doing fasting or HIIT alone will not make my mind as much sharp as combining them together and doing them more frequent.
