  • I found that after I tried seriously conformed to the 5 precepts of Buddhism, my mindfulness practice improved(my consciousness automatically occurs) even I had loosened my meditation practice for a while.
  • The order of foundation in Buddhism
    • 5 Precept > Mindfulness & Meditation > Wisdom and Enlightenment
      • 5 Precepts provide the strong and stable foundation for the higher and more delicate wisdom. Seriously conform to 5 precepts is the foundation of mindfulness.
      • Meditation is not a foundation of Mindfulness. But doing mindfulness without meditation will cause your mind lack of will power, too much sensitive and easy to be tried. Mindfulness is the additional that makes the mindfulness much more energetic and powerful. It is no need to do meditation all the time in the day, just at least 15 minutes a day is enough.
      • Mindfulness is self-awareness about your body, thought, feeling at the present moment without judgement to know true nature of these things that composed to be ourselves which are indeed unstable, uncontrollable, always changing and, the most important, there is no true self.
  • Also after doing 5 precepts, My mind become less messy. Many problems in my life also become clearer and easier to find answer.
  • Then, the mindfulness will make you see yourself and also see a lot of problems that unconsciously came from yourself which if you see them and change yourself, more than a half of problem in your life will be vanished.
